Quality System
We follow the Aerospace Quality System (AQS) with standard AS 9100D QMS requirements. We are NOT certified AS9100 Company but we follow the procedure.
We do the FAI per AS9102 standard using the standard format to compliance the Aerospace quality requirements.
The documents for the parts will as below
- First Article report-Per AS9102 standard
- Material Chemical Composition Certificate
- Special Process test report (Chemical plating, Heat treatment, coating Etc.)
- Certificate of Conformance (COC)
- Mechanical dimensional check Inspection report
- 3D scanning and comparing the manufactured parts with OEM part-Report
- Critical dimensions by third-party (CMM, Countour, etc)

- Heat treatment of Stainless Steel (PH) To Cond. H1025 PER AMS 2759/3
- Passivation of Stainless Steel per AMS 2700
- Cadmium Plating Per QQ-P-416, TYPE 1, CLASS 2-Yellow colour
- Cadmium Plating Per QQ-P-416, TYPE 1, CLASS 1-Silver colour
- Passivation per MIL--5541F
- Anodize Black Per Mil-A-8625 TYPE II CLASS 2
